Job Description:

Working for Movember, you’ll help raise millions for men’s health (not for a CEO’s bonus). And all those dollars do a whole lotta good. Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way. Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives. Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the operational performance of Movember’s email, SMS and push automation capability year-round
  • Design, prioritise and optimise automated journeys aligned to our 1:1 marketing strategy
  • Build best-in-class onboarding, engagement and retention journeys that grow supporter reach and deepen engagement
  • Lead the configuration and optimisation of our Marketing Automation Platform to deliver personalised, dynamic and scalable communications

  • Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, optimisation plans) to improve engagement, list health and conversion performance
  • Own deliverability standards and sender reputation management across global markets
  • Translate performance insights into continuous improvements across journeys and campaigns
  • Manage the global email calendar and automation delivery roadmap
  • Lead and develop Marketing Automation Coordinators, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence
  • Partner with Campaign, Product, Content and Technology teams to ensure accurate localisation and seamless data flows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise platform)
  • Demonstrated experience building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention)
  • Strong segmentation and audience strategy experience using behavioural and data-driven targeting
  • Proven A/B testing and optimisation experience with measurable improvements in engagement or conversion
  • Experience managing deliverability, consent compliance and sender reputation
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML for email
  • Experience managing automation workflows, data extensions and campaign configuration within a marketing automation platform
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a marketing automation or CRM function

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating marketing automation with digital advertising audiences
  • Experience operating in multi-market or global campaign environments
  • Experience documenting automation frameworks, testing roadmaps or operational playbooks
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cross-channel data flows
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
What we offer:
  • Flexible hybrid working from home and our modern Richmond office
  • Finish work at 2pm on Fridays (Dec-Aug)
  • NFP salary packaging (pay less tax)
  • 13 weeks paid parental leave and 5 weeks annual leave
  • Fun & collaborative culture with employee social events
  • Free Headspace subscription and other wellbeing initiative
  • Relaxed dress code
