Job Description:

A premium social publisher is seeking an Editorial Director, Social to lead its Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle vertical. This is a senior leadership role overseeing creator-led, platform-native brands with significant audience reach and commercial ambition. All content production is delivered in house by a multidisciplinary team spanning creative, design and commercial functions. You will lead a core editorial team of four, including a Creator Lead and social creators, while collaborating with a wider team of approximately 80 across the business. The focus is high-quality, social-first storytelling across TikTok, Instagram and owned channels including newsletters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the overall editorial strategy and social direction across Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle brands
  • Oversee daily content output, ensuring quality, consistency and cultural relevance
  • Manage and develop a team including a Creator Lead and social creators
  • Define tone of voice, brand positioning and long-term audience strategy
  • Drive performance across TikTok, Instagram and newsletter channels
  • Use data, platform insights and audience behaviour to guide decision-making
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to deliver high-quality branded campaigns
  • Report against editorial KPIs, audience growth and revenue objectives
