Job Responsibility:
Research, prepare for, and conduct interviews with internal stakeholders (e.g., product managers) to uncover compelling stories and insights
Develop and deliver journalistic-style articles and blog posts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with editorial standards
Create engaging social media content, identifying optimal formats, styles, and designs informed by data analytics and best practices
Produce high-quality video and multimedia content, supporting format, style, and design decisions
Collaborate with and manage third-party content providers and creative partners, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Audit external content with guidance and ensure alignment with brand and editorial standards
Integrate corporate editorial and content processes across regions and stakeholders, contributing to cross-project collaboration
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in content strategy and content development
Proven ability to craft distinct authorial, executive, and editorial voices
Experience in audience development and defining a strong visual voice
Skilled at interviewing internal stakeholders to gather accurate and engaging information
Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with deep content-related expertise
Proficiency in social media content creation and strategy
Experience with graphic design and video production
Awareness of industry trends related to content, communications, and media
