Job Description

This role supports day-to-day content review operations, with a focus on maintaining quality, managing alerts, and ensuring timely handling of tickets and requests. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage recurring responsibilities alongside ad-hoc work.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct regular quality checks on classification outputs
  • Identify issues, provide feedback, and escalate when needed
  • Share periodic reports on quality and performance
  • Monitor and respond to alerts in line with SLAs
  • Coordinate updates and resolution with relevant stakeholders and teams
  • Triage, resolve, and escalate tickets as needed
  • Ensure timely completion and maintain clear documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on issues and edge cases
  • Communicate updates clearly and follow through on actions
  • Support audits, additional reviews, and ad-hoc projects
  • Participate in on-call rotation and manage incoming tickets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Basic Windows and Mac administration skills
  • Utilize a secure, private high-speed internet connection for all work-related tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity or edge cases
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and manage time effectively
