Job Description:

Sitting within the editorial team, the Editor – Luxury and Premium will be responsible for ideating, developing and delivering copy across the FLANNELS and FRASERS ecosystem. Guided by each fascia’s brand strategy and tone of voice, they will be responsible for copy and content curation across all categories, including fashion, beauty and home. Responsible for developing and delivering the content calendar, they’ll manage the content roadmap, define the brand voice and drive the messaging framework for everything from campaigns to content series. A guardian of brand voice, storytelling and execution, they’ll ensure content is on message and delivering against the content strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of the always-on content calendar, from ideation through to delivery
  • Own and evolve the brand voice, ensuring all copy is consistent and platform appropriate
  • Ideate, write and curate editorial content across FLANNELS and FRASERS blog platforms, informed by insights, commercial priorities, cultural relevance, and SEO/GEO best practices
  • Conduct interviews with designers, influencers and campaign talent across multiple touchpoints
  • Deliver and adapt content across channels, including CRM, paid media, retail, social and web
  • Edit and oversee copy produced for brand partners, ensuring quality and alignment
  • Contribute to campaign development by producing compelling copy that supports creative concepts and broader brand and media strategies
  • Mentor and develop junior writers, providing clear editorial direction and feedback
  • Manage the day-to-day running of editorial calendars, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered to a high standard
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to amplify content across brand

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brand voices
  • Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for detail across both copy and visual storytelling
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to ideation and problem-solving

  • Excellent proofreading and editing capabilities, including managing external contributors and junior team members
  • A strong understanding of SEO and GEO and the ever-changing AI landscape and how this shapes content

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and a solid understanding of digital content publishing
