Job Description:

We are looking for a globally minded, results-oriented colleague with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in culture to join our team of thirty, working in a dynamic and international environment. You will start as an intern, assisting our post-production team, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the post-production of new titles & film restorations
  • Plan and coordinate test screenings, and support the editing team with transcripts of editing discussions
  • Edit and catalogue VOD film screeners, as well as work alongside the marketing team to create trailers and excerpts
  • Create and review subtitles
  • Assist with the deliveries of film elements to distributors, servicing companies and festivals
  • Help manage the inventory of the company’s catalogue in close collaboration with the Sales team
  • Communicate with production companies, labs, vendors, and external collaborators
  • Occasionally support the post-production team with other tasks

Requirements:

  • A native or fully fluent English-speaker with excellent command of French and/or German
  • A cinephile with an interest in film analysis and an ability to formalize ideas in written form
  • A team player with strong communication, technical, and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and proactive
  • Able to demonstrate experience in the film industry
  • Proficient with Premiere Pro

Nice to have:

  • A third language is a plus (Italian or Russian in particular)
  • Previous practice in film post-production and sales is a plus
  • Experience with AVID, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve is a plus
