Job Responsibility:
Support legal teams with preserving data, implementing litigation holds, and collecting eDiscovery materials for Ingka group, with a primary focus on the North American market
Coordinate data transfer and storage in line with company and case requirements
Manage the eDiscovery lifecycle in close collaboration with our legal and risk & compliance teams
Design and lead improvements to the company’s eDiscovery capabilities
Ensure data collected, processed and produced aligns with specifications provided by legal partners and maintain documentation of the eDiscovery processes
Confirm standard processes for eDiscovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied for each case
Carry out day-today maintenance, reporting and related document and electronic evidence collection administration, as directed or assigned
Work to accurately and efficiently ensure the timely flow and on-line availability of document and electronic evidence collections, as well as the quality of content and associated document images on all matters throughout the country
Work with internal and external attorneys and independent consultants
Manage collection, and run the technical processing, culling, review and hosting of electronic data
Train and advise legal teams on the application and efficient use of technology
Use expertise and hands on experience with E-Discovery tools to provide technical solutions for managing data
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Microsoft Purview and eDiscovery processes
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supporting legal teams with preserving and collecting data, as well as collecting data for the e-discovery process
Experience with Microsoft Purview and its eDiscovery features
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to translate technical terminology and issues to a non-technical audience
Ability to build strong relationships in large organizations
Strong curiosity and desire to learn
Used to managing highly confidential information and act with a strict level of professional discretion
Proven track record of working with eDiscovery methodologies and the legal processes and requirements of eDiscovery in the United States
