Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable litigation firm in San Ramon seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The firm specializes in real estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, offering the opportunity to support a wide range of complex cases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, and production
  • Create and manage document batches and conduct QC checks
  • Utilize eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity
  • Organize, track, and maintain case documents and databases
  • Assist attorneys with discovery strategy, timelines, and workflow management
  • Support general litigation tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of eDiscovery or litigation paralegal experience
  • Proficiency with Everlaw, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, document review, and data management
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in San Ramon
