Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a reputable litigation firm in San Ramon seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The firm specializes in real estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, offering the opportunity to support a wide range of complex cases.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, and production
Create and manage document batches and conduct QC checks
Utilize eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity
Organize, track, and maintain case documents and databases
Assist attorneys with discovery strategy, timelines, and workflow management
Support general litigation tasks as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of eDiscovery or litigation paralegal experience
Proficiency with Everlaw, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools
Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, document review, and data management
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in San Ramon
