Job Title: EDI Clojure Developer

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience testing major application integrations or product releases
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in writing automated tests
  • 1+ years of Clojure software automation testing with clojure.test or similar
  • 2+ years of experience working across a large codebase with responsibility for understanding how changes affect other parts of that codebase
  • Work independently to prioritize, design, perform, and automate tests for EDI software components
  • Proven ability to test for difficult data integrity challenges, such as those encountered with message queues, multiple databases, or network file transfers
  • Proven ability to perform automated integration testing across microservices, dependent applications, or similarly broad software systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
  • Proven ability to adopt new technologies quickly

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RabbitMQ or other queueing systems
  • Experience with MarkLogic, Datomic, or document databases
  • Experience with Common Lisp
  • Familiarity with Linux command-line tools such as grep, awk, sed, and Perl
  • Experience leading small project team
  • Experience with XSLT
  • Experience with Git
