Job Responsibility

Oversee day-to-day refurbishing initiatives in the ED
Conduct regular department rounds using the daily rounding tool
ensure documentation in Care Connection
Provide input to ED leadership regarding equipment needs, future planning, and equipment depreciation
Identify and address cleaning needs during rounds
Evaluate supply usage and recommend quarterly par level adjustments to support efficiency and fiscal responsibility
Represent the ED on the Leadership Team and participate in leadership meetings as needed
Co-chair monthly ED technician staff meetings with the ED Manager, ACM, or Director
Review patient satisfaction data related to ED technician performance and develop action plans to address unmet goals
Ensure ED technicians follow all organizational safety initiatives
