Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – Northampton. Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to begin your journey in education? Or are you about to qualify and exploring your first teaching role? I’m currently recruiting ECTs to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools across Northampton and surrounding areas. About the Role. We have opportunities available for teachers who are looking to start: Immediately, From September. You’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience across different schools, helping you build confidence and find the right setting for you. Pay: £130 – £220 per day (depending on responsibilities and experience).
