Job Description:

ECT Primary Teachers Wanted - North Manchester! Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a rewarding journey in primary education? We're seeking passionate ECTs to join our welcoming primary school communities across the North Manchester area. Job Responsibility:

Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Assessing, monitoring, and recording the progress of pupils, providing constructive feedback to support their development
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe and valued
Managing classroom behaviour effectively, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues
Collaborating closely with your mentor, phase leader, and the SENCO to develop your teaching practice and support all pupils, including those with SEND
Actively participating in school meetings, professional development, and your ECT induction programme

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Passion for Primary Education
Commitment to full-time, long-term work to complete ECT induction
Ability to commit to full-time hours, typically 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, during term time
Willingness to learn and develop understanding of supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Eagerness to learn
Adaptable
Resilient
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Collaborative spirit
