Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time ECT Ed Leader to join our foundation team at our Padstow location. This is a hands-on, on-the-floor leadership role, where you will work closely with educators each day—leading by example, mentoring staff, and driving best practice in early childhood education.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, collaboration, and support
  • Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation
  • Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that support each child's growth, curiosity, and development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education
  • Build strong relationships with families and the community
  • Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently upheld

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire educators
  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth
