Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring for Dispatchers on our Extended Coverage teams in Hutchins, TX!!! Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues
  • Accurate data entry into company computer systems
  • Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources
  • Works with team members to solve problems
  • Provides clear work instructions to drivers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of Freight Dispatching experience (preferred)
  • Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen

Nice to have:

  • One year of Freight Dispatching experience
  • Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language
