Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) team within our award-winning Marketing department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting Customer Engagement for Admiral products, helping to shape the customer experience across the entire journey. As a member of the ECRM team, your mission will be to deliver impactful direct marketing campaigns that improve customer retention and satisfaction, encourage digital adoption, and drive cross-sell opportunities across Admiral’s growing product portfolio. Our focus is on email marketing, while also testing new initiatives for channels such as SMS, push notification and Direct Mail, finding the right channel mix for the individual customer journey. We aim to ensure we are contacting the right customers, with the right message, at the right time, via the right channel. This role will be a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a dynamic environment and really put your stamp on an expanding portfolio of products.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns for Admiral Insurance aimed at nurturing and engaging with the existing customer base
  • Review the customer journey to identify areas of improvement and optimisation
  • Monitor performance against target, pro-actively make suggestions to adjust activity when required
  • Maintain monthly reports and manage stakeholder communications
  • Develop campaign plans for Admiral to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Work with product promotion team to coordinate Admiral content in newsletters or other emails for lead generation
  • Work with Marketing Campaign Manager, Product Marketing teams and Product owners to develop ideas to achieve business targets
  • End-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, audience identification, email building, content planning with Content team and campaign building by Adobe Campaign
  • Ensure quality of campaigns are maintained through thorough testing and quality assurance
  • Work with compliance, data protection and legal teams, both in EUI and Admiral Group, to ensure campaigns meet FCA, data privacy and ASA requirements
  • Work with product promotion teams to identify target markets for lead generation campaigns
  • Drive performance against target, reporting on at product and campaign level and proactively make recommendations to improve performance
  • Presents results and findings, producing presentations and reports in digestible format for target audience

  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and workflow building experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • An interest in influencing consumer behaviour, motivated by understanding customer behaviours and identifying trends
  • A completer finisher, who is able to see projects from ideation to delivery on time and to a high quality
