We are looking for a Ecotoxicology Risk Assessment Assistant to work in the PLANTS Unit. Job Responsibility

  • Support the team in the preparation and launch of new grants and procurement (G&P)
  • Perform main tasks related to data collection, data analysis in the area of ecotoxicology and environmental risk assessment of pesticides as preparatory work
  • Gain relevant experience for new G&Ps
  • Perform activities related to ecotoxicology study evaluation
  • Contribute to the management and support of existing multiannual contracts
  • Provide support for complex mandates on the revision of terrestrial ecotoxicity guidance and the development of an approach for indirect effects

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
  • Previous experience in environmental science, ecotoxicology, project management
  • Degree in biology, environmental science and/or related areas
  • Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy
