Able to commit 4-5 days a week including both weekends & PHs

Job Responsibility

Ensure inventory items are well-organized, properly stored, handled and distributed
Picking warehouse goods for customers’ orders up to 25 kg using machines
Transporting stock items with a pallet jack to other section
Pick items from shelves or designated areas according to order lists
Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented
Doing shopping from shopfloor for our online customers' orders
Must be physically fit, able to stand long hours, walking & individual items carry goods up to 20kg

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience, including internships or work in a similar role/department
High School Diploma required
BS/BA preferred but not mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Responsibility

Ensure accurate client order fulfillment by following all guidelines and compliance requirements
Manage the daily workflow of customer orders, including printing, sorting, scanning, matching, and distributing pick tickets
Help allocate resources to maximize outbound shipments
Prepare shipping documents
Reconcile NOVA orders with direct leader
Report any unshipped orders by end of day
Handle company assets with care, performing duties in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
Assist with training for new employees
Support with printing of pick tickets and sorting, scanning, and matching of e-Commerce client orders
Assist with adherence to departmental daily shipping cutoffs

Requirements
