Job Description:

My industry-leading women’s fashion client is looking for a brand-new Ecommerce Trading Manager. Offering a salary of up to £45,000+ bonus. You will be based in the Essex office, an easy commute from Central London. This role has a very clear route to progression and the business had huge plans for the year.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a young trading team with two direct reports
Deliver the trading calendar and product launches across all owned platforms
Lead and implement the global merchandising strategy to ensure every customer is presented with the relevant assortments
Work with the Commercial Director on the development roadmap and optimisations, reporting on owned optimisation
Work on conversion rate optimisation supporting the wider business and managing the development agency

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role focused on merchandising

Nice to have:

Experience with Bloom Reach
Experience with Shopify
Experience managing a small team
French fluency
German fluency
