We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Lead – Everyday Beauty Skin to join our dynamic Digital team in Nottingham, Beeston. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth plans as we enhance our online shopping experience for customers across the UK and Ireland.
Job Responsibility
Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth
Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition
Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success
Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs
Requirements
Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience
A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively
Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage
Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in managing teams / people
A passion for beauty and skincare products
Familiarity with data analytics tools to drive performance insights
