As our Ecommerce Specialist - Content & Trading, you’ll drive the performance of our Sheridan websites by optimising the end-to-end site trading and content strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce trading activity across Sheridan’s websites to deliver strong sales, margin, and conversion results
  • Support the development and delivery of engaging site content and merchandising plans that balance commercial performance with brand consistency
  • Oversee product presentation — ensuring copy, imagery, SEO, and on-site merchandising are accurate, cohesive, and optimised
  • Monitor site performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis to identify trading opportunities

Requirements:

  • Solid retail and digital trading experience in an eCommerce environment
  • A commercially minded approach with a strong understanding of online performance drivers
  • Experienced in online merchandising, and on-site optimisation
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with website content tools and HTML/CSS for page building
  • Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
