Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Ecommerce Site Merchandiser and Developer to join our Digital Merchandising team on a full-time basis for 12 months. This role will be based in our Merton office. The Ecommerce Site Merchandiser and Developer will drive sales and improve conversion across our digital channels through strategic site merchandising, content planning, and data analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure products are accurately presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience and boost ecommerce performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse data and optimise performance: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to track performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to the website and merchandising efforts
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, and monthly reports to closely monitor site performance and identify key insights
  • Identify opportunities based on analysis of weekly sales performance and recommend strategies to maximize profitability
  • Develop and maintain key trade areas of the E-commerce platform: Build and customise online store using Salesforce platform
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies: Optimise product placement, visual merchandising, and navigation to boost sales and enhance the customer journey

Requirements

  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • An Understanding of Website developement: HTML, CSS, JacasScript
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practices
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Effective problem-solving and debugging
