Job Description

As the Douyin Channel Lead, you will own the end-to-end business results on the platform. This is a strategic leadership role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by the resources of a global MNC, reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager and leading a high-performing team of 5-6 specialists.

Job Responsibility

  • Full-Channel Ownership: Drive GMV growth and P&L management for the entire Douyin ecosystem
  • Oversee content marketing strategies and paid traffic injection (投流) to maximize ROI
  • Lead both Self-Livestreaming (Brand Studio) and Influencer (KOL) collaborations to ensure consistent brand voice and sales conversion
  • Craft the long-term roadmap for the Personal Care category on social commerce platforms

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in FMCG or Beauty sectors
  • Proven track record in Douyin ecosystem management
  • experience from Global MNCs, ByteDance/Douyin platform, or leading domestic beauty brands is highly preferred
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading teams of 5+
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
