Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the daily work of Account Managers, servicing China export eCommerce clients to reach their goals with Meta's suite of advertising and enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Meta's AI transformation, guiding clients to harness generative AI tools, Advantage+ campaigns, and LLMs to unprecedented performance. This role requires a hands-on sales coach who can develop talent, manage performance, and guide both teams and clients through the rapidly evolving AI-powered advertising landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Managers to drive client success with Meta's advertising and enterprise solutions
  • Drive transformation by helping clients evolve their advertising strategies and internal management systems to leverage AI, shifting to AI-optimized approaches
  • Manage and optimize work planning and execution of the team
  • drive alignment across peer and cross-functional teams to connect team activities to company priorities
  • Work directly with client C-suite executives and their teams to support Account Managers, provide coaching, and differentiate performance with sufficient field observation
  • Deliver high customer experience and Net Promoter Score through hands-on coaching
  • identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and systems that mutually benefit customers and Meta
  • Ensure high operational rigor, including sales forecasting, Customer Relationship Management hygiene, and tracking AI product adoption metrics
  • Navigate change management by guiding clients and team members through the evolving AI-first advertising ecosystem, addressing concerns, and building confidence in new technologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience with at least 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue, either as an individual contributor or leading a team, with high operational rigor
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt and prioritize against rapidly changing environments to drive growth—including technology-driven transformations
  • Hands-on coaching experience to develop customer-oriented consultative sellers and a track record of helping others succeed
  • Track record of creating and sustaining motivational team environments during periods of change
  • Experience collaborating across different sales and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution
  • Experience leveraging data and AI to inform and optimize sales strategy and operations
  • Business Mandarin language skills and China experience is needed for this role
  • Fluency and curiosity about AI/ML technologies and their business applications
