Job Description

Step into the eCommerce Partnerships Lead 12-month Fixed Term contract and champion partner relationships and drive the growth, adoption and success of Australia Post's eCommerce solutions. Acting as a link between partners and internal stakeholders, you'll bring eCommerce expertise, commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset to deliver meaningful outcomes for both partners and customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the management of relationships with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and shipping partners to drive commercial outcomes and service adoption
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, including agreements and ongoing partnership management
  • Act as the business subject matter expert for the eCommerce Ecosystem Solution, supporting its roadmap, implementation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Marketing teams to deliver partner initiatives and execute joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Represent the voice of partners within Australia Post, ensuring customer and partner needs are reflected in strategic decisions and product development

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in partner management, business development or strategic partnerships, including establishing and growing commercial relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, marketplaces, shipping solutions, ERPs, WMSs and related technologies
  • Experience in managing contracts and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans, roadmaps or growth initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS-based platforms and digital integrations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities
  • Experience interpreting market insights, customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
