Job Description:

Join an established, growth-oriented retail organization as an Ecommerce Operations Lead, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining platform integrity, driving operational excellence, and supporting new digital initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience across ecommerce channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee product data, pricing, and inventory workflows within ecommerce platforms
  • Monitor site performance and coordinate issue resolution with internal tech teams and external vendors
  • Partner with fulfillment and customer service teams to support a high-quality omnichannel experience
  • Support initiatives such as ship-from-store, BOPIS, and other fulfillment programs
  • Test and validate new site features, enhancements, and promotions prior to launch
  • Manage product data feeds and ensure accurate, timely uploads and integrations
  • Track and report on operational KPIs including fulfillment performance, site health, and delivery metrics
  • Develop and maintain SOP documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Serve as a key operational partner to ensure ecommerce readiness across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field
  • 3+ years of ecommerce operations, digital operations, or site operations experience (retail preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of data feeds, file formats, and integrations (XML a plus)
  • Ability to work onsite in East Texas (relocation considered for the right candidate)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technology, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
