Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you'll balance brand storytelling with commercial performance, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a distinctly Origin experience. You'll collaborate across Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey, using insight and performance data to optimise campaigns and shape future strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing-led Ecommerce professional who thrives on combining creativity, customer experience, and commercial results.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Retail, Wholesale, CRM, and Paid Media teams to create cohesive omnichannel campaigns and maximise the impact of key trading moments
  • Help shape campaign messaging, creative direction, and content strategies that resonate with customers and strengthen the Origin brand
  • Guide onsite campaign execution, ensuring content, storytelling, and customer journeys are compelling, relevant, and consistently on-brand
  • Use customer insights, campaign performance data, and market trends to inform decision-making, uncover opportunities, and continuously improve results
  • Establish clear objectives and success measures for campaigns, using performance analysis and testing to optimise future activity
  • Champion a customer-centric approach across all digital touchpoints, ensuring every interaction delivers a distinctly Origin experience while driving measurable commercial outcomes

Requirements
