We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager who’s ready to own and optimise one of the most commercially critical areas of our digital experience. You’ll be at the heart of driving performance, shaping content, and influencing how customers discover and engage with our brand.
Job Responsibility:
Use established journeys and real-time data to drive commercial outcomes and optimise for the here and now
Lead the strategy and execution for Promotions, Campaigns & Search, ensuring every touchpoint is commercially sound and customer-focused
Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs, turning insights into action and influencing stakeholders across the business
Have the final say on design and content within your domain, guided by what customers love (and what they don’t)
Drive experimentation through A/B testing, personalisation, and optimisation frameworks
Work closely with product, analytics, marketing tech, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, high-performing journeys
Requirements:
A sharp commercial mindset and passion for trading performance
Advanced analytical skills and a love for data-driven decision-making
Proven experience with either Adobe or Google Analytics
Proven experience in ecommerce, ideally with domain ownership
Expertise in personalisation, conversion rate optimisation, and experimentation
A customer-first approach to design, content, and user experience
Confidence to influence product roadmaps and cross-functional priorities
