Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our partner company! We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established retail brand operating in the fashion and footwear industry, known for its strong market presence and omnichannel sales strategy. For their growing e-commerce operations, we are seeking a professional who will take ownership of the end-to-end online sales processes, manage digital channels effectively, and contribute to the continuous growth of the company’s online business. This role is not only about managing an online store; it is a position responsible for optimizing digital sales performance, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all e-commerce processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and overseeing all operational processes of the e-commerce platform
  • Preparing sales analysis and performance reports
  • Monitoring and improving e-commerce processes such as product listings, inventory tracking, logistics, and invoicing
  • Following new trends and innovations in e-commerce applications and reporting potential improvements
  • Managing seasonal campaigns, special day promotions, and aligning online campaigns with retail store activities
  • Ensuring effective coordination with logistics, product management, and finance teams
  • Ensuring quick resolution of system-related issues affecting the website
  • Managing relationships with local marketplaces and supporting revenue growth targets
  • Ensuring promotions and campaigns are accurately implemented across the website and marketplaces
  • Ensuring products are displayed with accurate content, correct categorization, and complete information
  • Managing customer feedback and complaint processes to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Developing strategies for continuous improvement and growth of e-commerce operations
  • Managing the full order lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
  • Preparing detailed operational and performance reports for the line manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce infrastructure management (preferably SAP Commerce Cloud) and online website administration
  • Experience in project management or active involvement in project teams
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, e-mail marketing, affiliate marketing, remarketing and retargeting
  • Closely following digital marketing trends and social media developments
  • Experience in website content management and workflow processes
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to take ownership, work in a results-driven manner, and manage priorities effectively
  • Technical understanding to troubleshoot website/system related issues and develop solutions
  • Experience working within corporate structures and following defined processes and procedures
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed
