Ecommerce Manager

• Responsible for the sales achievements of EC platforms (DOUYIN/JD/Tmall/PDD) and maintaining cooperation with the distributor
• Plan, develop and execute EC platform (especially DOUYIN/Tmall) business strategy
• Lead and drive day-to-day operations towards long term goal
• Filter suitable KOL and develop a cooperation plan with core KOL
• Responsible for establishing traffic buy plan, making daily adjustments and analyzing effectiveness vs investment
• Monitor, identify and report industry trends, competitive environment and potential opportunities of social media sale platform (DOUYIN/Tmall)
• Monitor and analyze daily/monthly data to develop insights that helps to improve the business
• Maintain close communication with the DOUYIN/Tmall buyer to obtain platform traffic resources and information
• Manage forecast, stock inventory, pricing, A&P and payment on social media sale platform (DOUYIN/Tmall)

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG e-commerce and more than 2 years of Douyin/Tmall experience
• Pet experience is preferred
• Strong distributor/TP management ability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions/suggestions
• Driven by sales outcome and targets
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and resolve complex scenarios
