My client, a well known and growing toy brand with a prominent presence in the industry, is looking for a Ecommerce Manager to join their team and focus on building and developing their ecommerce proposition.
Job Responsibility:
Co-owning the development and delivery of the strategy and day-to-day management of the site
Overseeing CRM
Managing customer insight and data management reporting
Collaborating effectively with other team members
Providing an outstanding customer experience that drives conversion and revenues
Hands on approach to the delivery of tactical initiatives on the brand’s e-commerce platform
Improving the customer journey and driving conversion and revenue
Ensuring the brand status is maintained at the highest level
Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to increase email acquisition and meet planned growth targets, including management of data targets
Constantly looking to make tactical and strategical change to gain an edge in a crowded market
Requirements:
Experience with AB and MVT testing
Owning a P&L
Strong track record of driving commercial growth and traffic
Experience in website CMS and Google Analytics
Ability to own core ecommerce KPI's such as SEO, CVR, AOV, site engagement, and bounce rate
Ability to lead the development and management of CRO and Lead Gen roadmap
