Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive eCommerce experience, within the drinks industry! Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing, start up business that prides itself on delivering excellence and innovative solutions to their high-net-worth clients within the financial services and retail space. We are seeking an passionate, talented and driven eCommerce Manager to join a vibrant team in the heart of the City of London.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute an ecommerce strategy to boost online sales and customer engagement
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product listings and enhance user experience
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
Lead A/B testing and optimisation efforts to improve conversion rates
Ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout
Support and work closely with the wider marketing team, to ensure a smooth running function

Requirements:

Proven experience in eCommerce management within the drinks industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
A creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
