This role seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager who is passionate about driving online sales growth while delivering exceptional digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to elevate eCommerce initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Build partnerships with vendors and development teams for site improvements and daily operations
develop and implement test-and-learn strategies to optimize performance
monitor and report key performance metrics using tools like MixPanel and GA4
support weekly business reviews with leadership by analyzing sales, trends, and opportunities (e.g., ROAS, actionable insights)
leverage customer data (CDP) for targeted marketing strategies and audience segmentation
design and communicate marketing briefs and execute digital campaign strategies to hit sales targets
lead performance marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, etc.) to enhance traffic and conversion rates
oversee product information for accuracy and ensure website usability
stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technology, and provide insights to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
minimum of 3 years in a B2B eCommerce leadership role across operations, marketing, and customer service
strong understanding of digital ecosystems, audience segmentation, and analytics tools
skilled in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with team collaboration
excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
enthusiasm for consumer trends, digital marketing, and technology
