Job Description:

As Blinq’s first dedicated eCommerce Manager, you’ll own and grow the entire online retail engine behind our NFC cards and accessories. You’ll take charge of our presence across Blinq’s website, Amazon, and emerging marketplaces, shaping a channel that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Blinq’s eCommerce strategy, execution and profitability across Blinq’s website, Amazon, and other marketplaces as they become relevant
  • Partner with marketing to build and optimise the eCommerce experience on the Blinq website including pricing, merchandising, the customer checkout experience, the customer design experience and conversion rate optimisation
  • Manage and optimise Amazon end-to-end including pricing, listings & content, promos & ads, SEO, reviews, supply chain, and customer service
  • Innovate on our product range by working directly with manufacturers
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and partnerships to ensure consistent messaging, coordinated launches, and tactical support for events and strategic initiatives
  • Support non-eCommerce strategic work including events, partnerships, and cross-functional projects tied to Blinq’s broader GTM and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in eCommerce or marketplace management, ideally across Amazon and Shopify
  • Hands-on expertise growing Amazon
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with, high-quality and high-velocity execution
  • A builder’s mindset, being comfortable creating new processes, experimenting, and iterating quickly
  • Solid cross-functional skills with the ability to partner effectively with marketing, product, ops, and leadership
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and a bias for measurable impact
  • Passion for creating online experiences that drive customer acquisition and revenue
