Job Responsibility:
work with the Marketing and Ecommerce Director to build budgets and sales forecasts
reporting weekly on website and CRM performance on e-commerce data, analytics
ensure regular maintenance and security reviews of the e-commerce platform
understand and optimise their existing customer acquisition funnel
work with the wider marketing team to measure new customer acquisition strategies
analysing website performance and KPIs improving on-site CVR, AOV and CRM performance
build CRM lists by optimising email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
create, analyse and optimise subscriber segments and campaigns to increase email engagement, enhance personalisation and optimise loyalty programmes
Requirements:
ecommerce experience in a pure-play online or multi-channel consumer business
understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, third-party apps and plugins
experience creating and analysing A/B testing results with a proven success delving growth in customer engagement, conversion rates and revenue online and via email/SMS
