Our client, a fast growing beauty business is currently looking to recruit an Ecommerce Lead paying up to £55,000.

Job Responsibility:

  • lead and trade the site, focusing on delivering strong commercial gains through improved website conversion performance and customer experience
  • responsible for website revenue targets, driving and optimising full end to end site conversion
  • manage Site Navigation and Personalisation, delivering customer level site optimisation and conversion journey, segment and testing strategy and roadmap

Requirements:

  • good knowledge of site trading and planning
  • site merchandising, targeting and content personalisation experience
  • strong experience in data-led insights to deliver improvements across site KPIs
