We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecommerce Key Account Manager to lead our growth across premier online marketplaces. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sales, digital marketing, and supply chain, acting as the primary owner for the P&L of our key accounts. Job Responsibility

  • Own the P&L for assigned key ecommerce accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with category managers and buying teams
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and onboard new online channels, with a specific focus on scaling our presence in quick-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart)
  • Drive GMV, NSR, and market share growth
  • Ensure best-in-class product listings through SEO-optimized content, A+ imagery, and video
  • Monitor sell-out dashboards and inventory health
  • Partner with marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely order fulfillment

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of professional experience in ecommerce account management or marketplace sales
  • Prior experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or luxury goods is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Nykaa Seller Panel, or similar platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in Excel and platform-specific analytics dashboards
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing levers, including sponsored ads, SEO, and promotional strategy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with premium/niche fragrance brands and quick-commerce ecosystems is a significant plus
