Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager on our Ecommerce Growth Team, you’ll own and optimize critical parts of the digital customer journey, driving measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and overall site performance. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and design—focused on turning insights into action and ideas into shipped experiences. To succeed, you’ll need strong analytical instincts, a bias for action, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, build business cases, execute experiments, and drive results—while also helping push the boundaries of how we leverage AI to move faster and smarter.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor site performance and KPIs, proactively identifying funnel drop-offs, friction points, and growth opportunities
  • Own hypothesis generation, testing strategy, and execution for site experiments and personalization
  • Execute self-service updates across site content, product configuration, pricing, and experiences
  • Define and prioritize a roadmap of enhancements and experiments, building clear business cases and handing off well-defined work to product and engineering partners
  • Partner closely with design and analytics to develop, launch, and recap experiments, translating results into actionable insights
  • Continuously improve key areas of the ecommerce experience such as product discovery, shopping paths, checkout and other conversion flows
  • Leverage AI tools and capabilities to accelerate experimentation, automate workflows, and unlock new forms of personalization and self-service optimization
  • Identify and implement scalable ways AI can enhance decision-making, speed of execution, and overall growth impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, telesales, and engineering to ensure a seamless and high-performing customer journey

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, ecommerce, product, or a similar role focused on digital optimization and experimentation
  • A strong data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable digging into metrics, identifying patterns, and making decisions backed by data
  • Proven experience running A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to readout
  • Experience owning or contributing to ecommerce funnels, including landing pages, product discovery, and checkout experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and execute quickly in a self-service environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across design, analytics, and engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven “AI chops”—you don’t just use AI for basic productivity, but have a track record of applying it to meaningfully improve workflows, experimentation velocity, personalization, or decision-making
  • Experience leveraging AI to enable faster iteration, automate parts of the growth process, or unlock new capabilities in ecommerce or digital experiences
  • A curiosity and drive to push how AI can transform how a growth team operates

What we offer

  • A mission- and values-driven culture and a safe, inclusive environment where you can build, grow and thrive
  • A comprehensive total rewards package that supports your wellness and provides security for SimpliSafers and their families
  • Free SimpliSafe system and professional monitoring for your home
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that bring people together, give opportunities to network, mentor and develop, and advocate for change
  • participation in our annual bonus program
  • equity
  • other forms of compensation
  • full range of medical, retirement, and lifestyle benefits
