Job Description:

Our Client is an industry-leading entertainment business and is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support their SVP Commercial and Ecommerce to drive Ecommerce revenue and improve the overall digital experience of their customers.

Job Responsibility:

Drive ecommerce KPIs including conversion rates, organic traffic, and frequency
Work with Customer Support to analyse and work on feedback
Improve the customer journey
Assist with the company's digital transformation efforts
Manage the demand process from Marketing, Operations, Commercial and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience in driving conversion
Experience improving the customer journey
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with large-scale B2C websites
Understanding of techniques used to drive conversion
