Ecommerce Digital Product Lead oversees the entire lifecycle of the digital journey on the Vodafone website or “Yanımda” App from inception to launch. The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, to UI development. Ecommerce Digital Product Lead is responsible for the overall vision of the product and managing the role out of this vision into a successful launch. They act as a bridge between the business and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, test, roll out and optimize a range of apps and websites, journey flows and conversion funnels
Lead the end-to-end digital journey design and continuous optimization of acquisition funnels, ensuring seamless online conversion across all digital touchpoints
Scout emerging technologies and AI-driven innovations across industries, translating relevant trends into actionable digital product opportunities
Identifies and prioritizes stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes
Propose digital only solutions by knowing the relevant products, solutions, features & their customer benefits, and applying this knowledge to segment-specific customer insights via specific propositions
Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges
Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively
Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
Create a world class digital experience for digital customers on My Vodafone App and Web
Work agile in squads closely with Frontend/Backend developers and UX/UI designers
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences or business
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams
Experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization (Adobe Target)
Knowledge on Mar-tech tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe AAM, Adobe Target, SEO)
Curious about new technologies and eager to learn and apply AI tools in day-to-day product work
Keeps up with the latest developments in AI, digital products, and emerging tech trends
Good at data analysis and data driven decision making ability
Experienced in product management, digital technologies and innovations, user experience, data analytics
Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
