In this strategic eCommerce position within our team, you will be responsible for the definition, management, and activation of products and experiences with our existing clients. Your first mission is with a major international organisation to help their product portfolio expansion globally, ensuring the online experience remains simple, clear, and high-performing across their global markets.
Job Responsibility:
Create and develop the online launch strategy and customer journeys for dedicated product lines
Develop detailed business requirements by coordinating with cross-channel stakeholders, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Legal
Define online Customer Experience guidelines and principles based on data analysis and global benchmarks
Brief creative agencies and UX/UI resources, ensuring solutions meet business goals from design to pilot market deployment
Provide eCommerce expertise to support market localization while maintaining a consistent global brand experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
At least 5 years in eCommerce or digital, ideally managing complex product portfolios
Experience driving CX/UX/Design stakeholders and working closely with web development teams
Familiarity with analytics and behavioral analysis tools to drive performance results
Solid project management skills with a deep understanding of web development phases
Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with category management level stakeholders
