This role exists to bring structure, discipline, and strategic clarity to a global eCommerce organization operating across DTC platforms and Amazon marketplaces. As the business scales internationally — with active expansion into EU, AU, and IN markets — there is a clear need for a single owner of business planning, P&L performance, and cross-functional coordination across all eCommerce channels. The eCommerce Business Planning Team Lead will serve as the central planning authority for the integrated eCommerce organization, translating corporate strategy into executable global plans and ensuring performance visibility across regions, channels, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact senior role working closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and regional leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead annual and quarterly business planning for global eCommerce, including budget, targets, and forecasts across DTC platforms and Amazon US and international marketplaces
Own topline, margin, and investment planning across all channels, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and financial commitments
Drive global eCommerce P&L tracking and performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities across regions, channels, and marketplaces in real time
Coordinate global expansion of Amazon marketplaces beyond the US, supporting market entry planning across assortment, pricing, cost structure, advertising, and compliance
Act as the central coordination point between HQ teams and regional and internal stakeholders, ensuring global consistency while enabling local market execution
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to drive data-based decisions and maintain planning integrity
Lead regular business reviews and prepare executive-level updates with clear performance narratives and forward-looking recommendations
Establish scalable planning, reporting, and governance processes that improve visibility and accountability across the global eCommerce organization
Serve as a strategic decision-making partner for leadership on global eCommerce initiatives, translating complexity into clear priorities and actions
