One of the UK’s leading Fashion brands is looking for an Ecommerce Assistant in their London office. They are offering a Hybrid model of working spending 1 day in office every 2 weeks! The rest working from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Manager in maintaining the back-end e-commerce platform
  • Publish and maintain web products
  • Optimising online customer journey and conversion rates
  • Maintain, review and create strong customer-centric stories that drive brand engagement

Requirements

  • Knowledge of using Shopify (or similar platform)
  • Knowledge of google analytics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Strong organisation skills

  • Produce and distribute weekly performance reports, including visual trade and bestseller analysis
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify pricing errors, visibility gaps, or content inaccuracies
  • Support product uploads and launches across all partner platforms
  • Set up and verify promotions and pricing submissions for smooth execution
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Ecommerce, and Finance teams to resolve data and imagery queries
  • Track and report on partner site coverage, maintaining a calendar of upcoming features
