Job Description:

The Ecommerce Analytics Specialist is a key team member of the Ecommerce Analytics & Optimization team. They will be responsible for preparing various reports, applying an analytical lens to data points and presenting an organized output that can be understood and digested by the greater Lane Bryant organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and analyze business reporting
  • Make sense of data from multiple sources and put into views for leadership consumption
  • Leverage analytics tools and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Develop reports to communicate performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare, automate, and deliver business reports, including KPIs and management-related analyses

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
  • High-level of familiarity with Microsoft office, primarily excel
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to quickly learn new data, system and business environment, and adapt to switching priorities
