This role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to our eCommerce, providing actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies, enhance sales performance, and inform business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Own weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting across Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central
Leverage Amazon Brand Analytics to surfacing actionable insights
Monitor and report on glance views, Buy Box percentage, customer reviews, etc
Use AMS and DSP reporting to measure advertising efficiency
Stay current with changes to Amazon’s reporting tools and communicate implications
Own reporting across major retailer sites, tracking sales velocity and performance
Monitor retailer-specific KPIs and align spend with traffic and conversion outcomes
Identify cross-retailer performance patterns for optimization
Maintain a unified view of eCommerce performance across all channels
Translate raw platform data into clear, recommendation-forward reports
Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic planning
Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate the promotion process from planning to analysis
Track promotional impact during key selling periods
Align promotional activity with paid media campaigns
Maintain a promotional calendar and benchmarks
Own and maintain brand-level P&L reporting across retail sites
Monitor SCOGS and PCOGS for cost impact assessments
Analyze fulfillment inefficiencies and flag trends affecting profitability
Act as the analytics partner for National Account Managers
Support the Digital Retail Media Manager with data insights
Communicate risks and opportunities proactively across the team
Requirements:
Two to three years of experience as an ECommerce or Financial Analyst
Expert level Excel skills, including data management
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
