To deliver new initiatives within eCommerce Operations leveraging Fulfilment Digital Technology and the Fulfilment Network improving business, team and customer value within our stores and eStores.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver new initiatives within eCommerce Operations leveraging Fulfilment Digital Technology and the Fulfilment Network improving business, team and customer value within our stores and eStores
  • Collaborate with eComX and Store Operations teams, participating in agile processes
  • Work with the eCommerce Operations New Capability Chapter Lead to support eCommerce Operations initiatives
  • Use data and insights to drive value creation in eCommerce Operations
  • Develop and implement eCommerce Operations processes, including training and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead and contribute to projects, process improvements, and operational support for eCommerce initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in identifying, mapping, documenting, and implementing process improvements in a retail or eCommerce environment
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and methodologies
  • Experience working within teams and managing small-scale projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
