Job Description

We are looking for a highly adaptable, AI-native Marketing, eCommerce & CRO Specialist to help Lifely move faster, scale smarter and improve how we acquire, convert and retain customers. This role sits at the intersection of: AI adoption, Marketing execution, eCommerce growth, CRO, Website performance, Customer experience, Commercial delivery. You will work across campaigns, product launches, Shopify improvements, landing pages, CRO tests, customer journeys, reporting, AI workflows, automation, creative testing and performance insights. The right person will be highly strategic, but also extremely hands-on. We do not need someone who only talks about ideas. We need someone who can take a problem, break it down, create a plan, communicate it clearly, execute it properly and show the result.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in eCommerce, ideally Shopify
  • Experience in marketing, CRO, UX, customer journey or website optimisation
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows
  • Ability to brief developers, designers and marketers clearly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project ownership and delivery discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Ability to turn strategy into execution
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and customer behaviour
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Shopify Plus experience
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, PostHog, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Triple Whale, Figma, Notion, Airtable, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar tools
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Replit, Gamma or AI agents
  • Experience working with developers on website deployment, QA and CRO tickets
  • Experience in DTC, retail, furniture, homewares, lifestyle, sleep, kids or consumer brands
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Shopify theme structure, SEO, schema or site speed
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, SOPs or workflow automations
