Job Description

Responsible for leading teachers, students and parents in all the programs, activities and subjects at the School; and creating a positive, caring learning environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating assemblies and counselling staff
  • Planning and supporting and leading different events
  • Having an up to date knowledge of instructional techniques and curriculum
  • Providing coaching and mentoring for staff
  • Building good communication and interaction with parents
  • Administer all programs in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Board and administration of the school
  • Utilize feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction
  • Carry out other duties as requested by the supervisor

  • Has a university graduate degree in education
  • With 3 years’ teaching experience
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and work with sensitivity to unique and multicultural perspectives
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
