Job Description:

Earthworks Foreman (m/f) to perform tasks inherent to the operation and supervision of the work, planning, directing, and controlling the allocated teams and resources, in accordance with superior instructions and current regulations. Ensure the productivity and efficiency of the units, regular reporting of the activity performed, and compliance with established quality, environmental, and safety rules. Workplace: Simandou Project, Beyla.

Requirements:

  • Completed secondary education
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in earthmoving, preferably in the context of supervising activities in the mining industry
  • Fluency in French and/or English
  • Customer and results-oriented

  • Problem analysis and resolution
  • Availability for mobilization
