We’re looking for an impact-driven and collaborative Earner & Marketplace Operations Manager to help shape the future of our Grocery & Retail business in Chile—one of Uber’s fastest-growing markets. In this role, you’ll design and execute high-impact initiatives that keep our marketplace running efficiently by balancing supply and demand in both the short and long term. You’ll work deeply with data, partner closely with local and regional teams, and lead projects that directly influence pricing, user behavior, and product operations. Job Responsibility:
Own and execute marketplace strategies that impact pricing, courier lifecycle management, geographic coverage, and product configuration—helping make our platform smarter and more efficient
Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights
Build tools and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and support scalable operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally with local operations, regional strategy, product, and commercial teams to drive projects from idea through execution
Balance long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution to ensure sustained marketplace health
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or other analytical roles
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Strong analytical skill set, including Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL or other data-querying tools
Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into clear, scalable solutions
