Job Responsibility:
Delivering a range of award winning qualifications
Using our e-portfolio system to manage the learner journey
Ensuring accurate assessment of your learner against National Standards
Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure they have the best learning experience possible
Implementing Equal opportunities at all times
Ensure efficient processing of paperwork and marking of assignments
Ensure E-Learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated
Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner’s development
deliver engaging training modules that align with industry standards and organisational goals
focus on empowering participants with practical skills and knowledge
cultivate a positive and collaborative training environment
play a pivotal role in supporting learners by providing comprehensive information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to help them achieve their educational and career aspirations
Requirements:
A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential
significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector
a teaching qualification (e.g AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g A1,CAVA) is essential
experience in leadership and Management
superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times
IT competency
possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel across your region
Nice to have:
Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2 is desirable
understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and be extremely passionate about delivering good quality training
